GENTLE YOGA FOR SENIORS
Tuesdays 11:30AM-12:30PM
West Chester Senior Center – West Chester
A gentle yoga class for seniors to help improve balance, develop proper breathing, explore techniques to help relax and reduce insomnia, and increase mind/body awareness.
West Chester Area Senior Center: $3 for members

INNER QUEST YOGA
Tuesdays 5:45PM-7:00PM
Spirit of Yoga – West Chester (Studio B, First Floor)
A gentle class that combines the physical asanas of yoga practice along with exploration of yoga philosophy, energy centers or chakras, vowel intonations or mantras for healing, meditation, and more!
Spirit of Yoga: $15 Drop-in or packages available for discounted pricing.

GATHER, STRETCH, & CONNECT
(A Women-Only Class)
Wednesdays 11:15AM-12:15PM

Great class for beginners, but modifications are offered for those looking for more of a challenge.

CHAIR YOGA MIX
Wednesdays 12:30PM-1:30PM
Spirit of Yoga – West Chester (Studio B, Lower Level)
This class is designed specifically for those with physical limitations. Modifications are always offered so that the needs of each student are met. Students move through postures while seated in a chair and also while standing, using the chair for support and balance as needed. The class also places an emphasis on fostering greater mind-body awareness.

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
Wednesdays 5:45PM-6:45PM
Spirit of Yoga – West Chester (Studio B, First Floor)
A gentle yoga class for women of all body types. Class includes stretching and movement that is accessible to “Every Body,” not just for the fit, firm and flexible. Class is designed women with the more rounded bodies and achy joints. Class will include breath work, stretching, strength building, relaxation, and yoga philosophy.

BOLD NOT OLD – YOGA FOR SENIORS
Thursdays 12:30PM-1:30PM
In Harmony (located inside the Spirit of Yoga at the In Harmony office)
This weekly senior yoga class is a gentle class that is great for beginners. However, those wanting a bit more of a challenge won’t be disappointed, as modifications are offered to accommodate. We focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and balance, along with deepening awareness of the mind-body connection.

MEDITATION & BREATH WORK
Fridays 7:45AM-8:30AM
In Harmony (located inside the Spirit of Yoga at the In Harmony office)
Explore a variety of meditation methods and different forms of breath work.
In Harmony: $5 Drop-in

LIGHT FLOW/ALL LEVELS
Thursdays 5:15PM-6:15PM
Anytime Fitness* – Exton
A flow class that focuses on breath work, flexibility, and developing strength, while exploring mind/body awareness. Lots of modifications offered to meet the needs of the wide variety of students in this class.
Anytime Fitness: Free – open to members of Anytime Fitness only.

BREATHE, FLOW & LET GO
Fridays 5:30PM-6:45PM
Spirit of Yoga – West Chester (Studio B, Lower Level)
A light flow yoga class that incorporates holding asanas longer to allow the students time to focus on proper alignment in order to reap the full benefit from each pose. Basic versions of each asana are offered along with modifications for those seeking either a more gentle or more challenging practice.
